$220 per 45-60 minutes Follow up Session
Insurance
We are an out-of-network providers, which means that we do not participate with any insurance company (except Tricare). We suggest you confirm your out-patient mental health benefits with your insurance company. You are responsible for charges. Your insurance policy, if any, is a contract between you and the insurance company. Clients are responsible for payment regardless of any insurance company’s arbitrary determination of usual and customary rates.
Questions regarding the financial policies can be answered by the Office Manager.
Payment
Cash, check and Visa or Mastercard accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
